How many ways are there to earn money online?
Hundreds? Thousands? More?
In “5 bucks a Day“, I list a dozen or so major ways that should get the creative juices flowing for those wanting to start getting quick money out of the strategy, but I don’t even tap the surface, of course.
Why not? Well, honestly, that isn’t what I consider my job to be. My job is to help people make the best use of their existing skills, and maximize the income they derive from them.
There are so many ways to earn money. Remember the college student from the UK last year that invented the million pixel home page, and made a million dollars out of it? Why didn’t I think of that? Why didn’t you think of that? The idea was just floating around cyberspace for years, and nobody grabbed it.
I wrote the other day about “$7 Secrets“, another relatively simple technique that just happened to pop into someone’s head. Interesting, I was having an email chat with a colleague over the weekend, and he said he had developed relatively the same idea last year, but didn’t do anything with it. He said his idea had a better implementation, and my comment to him was that he should release it now, sometimes the 2nd one to market has an advantage. Now that there’s a proven market for the idea, there’s a market for an improved version.
So, inside my book I list some obvious, and some not so obvious ideas to get the creative juices flowing, but nobody has a monopoly on ideas. There’s a new one born every day. Not all ideas have been acted on yet. There are plenty still floating around cyberspace waiting for an entrepreneur or a go-getter to grab it and run with it.
How do you earn money online? If you don’t, you could. If you do, you could do better. I challenge you to challenge yourself.
One of my readers set up a “$10K in 90 Days” challenge for himself, starting with no idea how he’d earn an extra 10 thousand dollars, and the last I peeked at his blog, he was doing quite well with the challenge.
You just have to create a burning desire and focus on it, and I guarantee you that the universe will find a way to reward you.
I tell my story inside my book how I was at a standstill and going nowhere fast in 2005 and was desperate. Deep in debt, business going from bad to worse, and suddenly I had an idea that turned into a $38,000 profit in 2 months. Just in the nick of time. But it wasn’t the $38,000 that was the best part, it was the fact that I gained confidence that I knew what I was doing and could continue to do it in the future.
Was I any smarter in November 2005 than I was in September 2005? No. Did I purchase anything that made the difference? No. Did I meet someone that showed me the way? No.
What changed? I gave myself a check up from the neck up, and the universe provided for me.
