Not everyone goes after the same business model, that’s why we have a bunch. Some, like myself, like to build multiple sites each earning daily income. In other words, don’t put all your eggs into one basket.

Others like the excitement of flipping sites, so when it reaches a stable income they like to get out and do it again. Others follow other business models, for instant product creation, instead of site creation.

Would I sell that site that I was talking about that had a history of increased monthly earnings? Probably not, personally. But it’s nice to know that if you had several dozen sites like that, and you needed some quick cash, you had that option.

Sort of like I look at the equity in my house that I bought about 30 years ago and say, wow, that would be a big payday if I cashed out. But then what? Where would I live?

John Reese says that’s not the way to go anymore when building a business online. Spreads you too thin..split time on multiple sites instead of building and growing sole site to be best it can be.

I see merit in both. It appears you’re of the multiple site school. I am wondering how a perspective buyer would buy determine a fair price. Do you provide adsense reports or other data?

If profit is increasing conssistently why wouldn’t you just choose to keep growig it further. Would you say that your goal is to continually farm and sell? It is quite interesting.
