We ran a seminar last month in Las Vegas, Nevada. Attendees and
speakers came from far and wide, as far away as Australia, Germany,
and the U.K.
I didn’t run it to make a fortune letting speakers pitch from the
stage and taking half their sales like most conferences do. I did
it to make a difference in at least a few lives.
And it happened…
They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, but I couldn’t stand
for that, so as soon as I got back home I started working on
producing recordings (we had a professional videographer from CNN
film the entire event).
It’s been just 13 days since the conference ended now, and the
recordings are now available for you at a special price.

I wanted to cut all costs to the bone. Last year there was an 8-DVD
set that would play on your TV, and it took 2 months to produce,
at a much higher price.
This year I surveyed Earn1KaDay members and they said they would
prefer a downloadable version as long as it was done quicker and
cheaper.
Done.
There were 10 speakers, a total of around 13 hours of intense,
no-pitch, training. Any one of the sessions could sell on its own
as a product for $97 or more. That’s for each of the 10.

We really did have an all star lineup on stage in Vegas…
You’ll learn how to build a successful membership site from Jason
Fladlien. His method takes all the decision making off your mind,
so you can set one up in hours instead of months.
You’ll hear how to build a business, and how to build systems to
build your business faster, from Matt and John, the Rhodes Brothers.
You’ll learn about list building and leveraging your email list
from James Jones, a superaffiliate and master list builder.
You’ll learn how to set up an arsenal of niche sites from Steven
Resell, in his presentation titled “Undercover Affiliate Marketing”.
You’ll learn how to leverage WordPress to the max from probably the
world’s most knowledgable expert on the topic, Leanne King
You’ll learn how to achieve a proper mindset if you’re a part time
IM’er, from a friend of mine, Michael Gunn, who went from almost no
IM earnings a short 3 years ago to a 6 figure IM income in 2009,
while still working part time.
You’ll learn about offline marketing from an acknowledged expert in
that field, Tim Castleman
You’ll learn how to outsource from Rachel Rofe, who built a team of
over 100 outsourcers, and then flipped that very successful site
for well over 6 figures about 6 short months after starting it. She
went through hell in building that team, and in Vegas she shared
what she learned, so you don’t have to make those mistakes, no
matter what size of an outsourcing team you want to build.
You’ll learn how to produce your first info product (or next one)
easier than you ever dreamed possible, including an on stage
demonstration, from Wilson Mattos.
And our expert videographer, Kevin Rockwell, will show you what you
need to know to produce high quality videos for your sites.
And to boot, I added the recording of a private webinar
that James Schramko and I did together on Traffic and
Leverage. It was a killer webinar, no lie.
You can start downloading these presentations seconds after
purchasing through this link:
http://www.e1kad.com/e1kad-recordings
The price is only $97. Not per presentation, but for all 10! Just
$9.70 each.
You’ll also have an opportunity after purchasing to get the
recordings mailed to you on a physical DVD if you would rather not
spend all that time downloading, or if you simply want to have a
spare copy to watch from a different computer than the one you
download on.
I really urge you to invest in your business. What happened in
Vegas did change lives, I was told by more than one person. These
presentations will stand the test of time, especially if you
compare them to the typical launch of the week that teaches you how
to pull a fast one on Google, which unfortunately doesn’t work very
long, does it?
Purchase now before you forget, you won’t regret it, I guarantee
you.
Oh, if you’re at all in doubt, check out the sales page anyway,
there are snippets of each of the presentations to give you an idea
of each person’s style. I think you’ll be amazed.

I hope your week is going well, and that you have a relaxing
weekend ahead of you, to “stop and smell the roses”.
Today I want to tell you about a friend of mine that I consider a
“guru”, but he’s not nearly as well known as the John Reese’s,
Yanik Silver’s, Marlon Sanders’ of the world. That’s because he
doesn’t flaunt his success, and he’s just as happy having his pupils
be successful as he is himself.
I’m talking about James Schramko. James joined my Earn1KaDay
Insider’s Club in November 2007. As you might know, Earn1KaDay
tries to mentor folks to their first, or next, $1000/profit day. In
other words Earn 1K in a day.
James posted in mid to late 2008 that he was starting to reach that
1K target on a regular basis, and detailed how he was doing that.
Consider that he didn’t go full time IM until June 2008, walking
away from a great position with a Mercedes Benz dealership.
Then at one point in 2009, he posted about his first 10K day
($10,000 in a day). I know he’s had days when he’s earned 100K, but
he didn’t post about them, because he’s far too modest to start
flaunting the fact that he’s really figured it out now.
In March 2009, I interviewed James, and he told his very inspiring
story. And along the way since then I’ve kept up with them since
he’s still a member of my Insider’s Club (and I now belong to his
as well).
Long story short, James is still a one man company (though he does
outsource of course), he’s living a dream life with a home on the
ocean in Australia, and he still makes time to help people. In fact
I ran a webinar with him this week that’s becoming a bonus for
people that attend our Earn1KaDay seminar in May.
All that, while making good progress toward an 8-figure income this
year.
Among other things, James is a master at getting traffic to his
sites, developing domains from the ground up (including buying
underutilized domains on Flippa and elsewhere and turning them
around), and leveraging his virtual assets.
I consider James to be a friend and mentor. He gives more
information for free than other gurus would give you for 4-figures,
and I think you’d do well to follow him like I do.
If you’d like to find out more about James, here’s some advice:
Download his Internet Marketing Speed report from here (it’s free):
http://www.e1kad.com/imspeed
Be sure to subscribe to James’ blog:
http://www.e1kad.com/imspeedblog
You’ll find some amazing interviews on there that you don’t even
need to optin to listen to or watch.
and I can’t think of a better use for a spare $17 than his video
report, “It’s Not About the Website”:
http://www.e1kad.com/notwebsite
I purchased that recently and watched again this week. James is a
master at leveraging assets to get income from his traffic, and
this will be an eye-opener for you, especially if you watch more
than once.
Plus, if you’re attending the seminar in 3 weeks, you’ll get a copy
of the webinar replay we did this week about Traffic and Leverage.
There are very few real gurus that genuinely want to help beginning
and intermediate internet marketers, without expectation of income
from high ticket launches.
Fortunately James is one of the genuine good guys, and I value him
as a friend and Earn1KaDay member, and I’m happy to recommend him
to you.

And if you want to get your hands on that interview I did with
James last year, you can get that here:

Until next time, remember, someone does something amazing and
life-changing every day. There’s no reason today can’t be your day.

As an Internet marketer you know that there’s more to building a
successful online business than just building a site or blog and
hoping for the best.
They say that all you need to know can be found online for free,
but even if that’s true, there are still a lot of IM’ers that are
making buckets of money selling courses about this, that, and the
other, every day.
It’s all so overwhelming, isn’t it? Often you don’t even know
what you don’t know, so how can you find it? Who do you believe
and trust? Where do you start?
I’ve been accumulating and disseminating information for going on
3 years now to people who belong to Earn1KaDay, ICG, Daily Seminar,
and with other methods of communication, such as this email list.
Now it’s time to get all that accumulated information, and much
more, out to a much larger audience.
So… I’m proud to announce a new site: “Learn One Thing a Day”
http://www.learnonethingaday.com
The theory behind L1TAD is that if you don’t move forward, you’re
moving backwards. You have to learn something every day about your
craft. In other words…
If you want to earn, you have to learn.
Each day, members will get access to one lesson about an Internet
marketing topic of general interest. Typically the lessons are
either videos or audios (but a few might be reports). The typical
video or audio will take on average 20 minutes to consume (some are
shorter, some are longer). There will be no overwhelming “lump” of
information dumped on you that you never get out from under, as
is the case in so many membership sites.
The lessons will come from a wide range of IM experts in their
fields. The seminars from Jason Fladlien and Robert Plank that
were part of Daily Seminar will be included inside L1TAD, as well
as video courses, audio interviews, webinar replays, on a wide
range of topics, from a number of well known and not so well known
experts.
Some larger courses will be broken up into “bite sized” chunks, so
for example, if I roll out a 7-video series on list building, the
videos will be posted to the blog, one per day.
You’ll be able to download the daily videos or audios, and where
transcripts already exist, they’ll be provided for download also.
Once you’ve been a member long enough to view a lesson, that lesson
will always be available to you, and searchable inside the blog.
In other words, unlike some other membership sites, I won’t take
away last month’s content that you might not have had a chance to
download yet. Once you’ve been a member for a year, for example,
you’ll have continual access to a huge library of information, all
about Internet marketing, all still available for replay any time
you want.
I’m even breaking apart some well known and valuable products that
I have resell rights to, and putting them into the site. Be
prepared for some nice surprises.
All this without breaking your budget. The price is only $27 per month.
Just try it for a month, if you’re not completely satisfied in the
value, just cancel and ask me for a refund. I can’t make it any
more risk free than that, can I?
After I purchased Daily Seminar, I listened to every single seminar
that Jason and Robert produced, at least once. It’s unbelievable,
and difficult to quantify, the positive effect it had on my skills
and income, but I am now far more confident in areas that I was
unskilled at in the past.
That’s my goal for members of Learn One Thing A Day, to enable you
to grow your skills and income, one day at a time, 365 days a year.
I already have about 2 years of evergreen content ready to go.
Yes, evergreen content. You won’t have to worry about tactics that
work today, but not 30 days from now, or that worked in the past
and not today. You’ll be learning skills that you can use, build
on, and continue to profit from for years.
Heck, there were 165 seminars at Daily Seminar alone, so there will
be no shortage of things to learn.

Last week I ran a webinar with my friend, Ron Davies, where he spent about 90 minutes explaining the difference between Twitter followers and Twitter listeners.
Yes,he has close to 50,000 followers right now, and he showed me how I could get that many within a couple months if I wanted to, but the point is, why would I want to?
What I really want is people to follow me that view me as someone to listen to, not just as someone in a pile.
So Ron explained the difference, how to get people to listen to you, how to find JV partners using Twitter, and lots of other cool things, but especially he showed us how to look professional on Twitter, so that if somebody of influence decided they might want to do business with you, they would make a fovorable decision.

I just uploaded the recording of a recent webinar I did, which I’m pretty happy about. If you’ve always wanted to know more about the 5 Bucks a Day strategy, or what my Earn1KaDay insider’s club is all about, this is for you.
Watch the webinar ==> From 5 Bucks a Day to Earn 1K a Day
On the webinar, with co-hosts Robert Plank, Jason Fladlien, and Michael Gunn, I explained the 5 Bucks a Day strategy, a wide assortment of project ideas, and take people inside the Earn1KaDay insider’s club to see some typical success stories, our business models, and more.
No pitch involved. Well, actually there was a coaching offer at the end, but you can ignore that because it’s now closed. This is just solid information that you might enjoy.

So many people gravitate to writing articles to make money online, and for good reason. First, it’s generally easy, if you have a good grasp of the language, and don’t mind putting it down into coherent sentences.
Second, there are so many opportunities. You can review products that you get paid to promote. You can submit articles to directories to get traffic to your sites. It’s probably the easiest way to get listed well on the search engines. Even blogging is writing articles, some shorter than others, some longer.
Some people write articles for others that don’t want to, don’t have the skill to, or don’t have the time to. Those people are generally called ghostwriters, and it’s a very common thing to do, which completely surprised me years ago when I found that out.
But how much income can you realistically make writing articles? If you’re writing articles to get traffic, the more you write, the more traffic you’ll get. If you’re writing articles for others, the more you write, the more income you’ll receive. So it comes down to productivity.
Regardless of how well you can write, if you can write one article a day, you won’t get rich, but you’ll do better than someone who doesn’t write at all. If you can do one an hour, you’ll do much better.
Let’s analyze this a bit. Since writing to get traffic to your site, or to an affiliate merchant’s site, contains huge variables as far as how much you’ll earn per article, let’s say that you’re writing for a client. Typically, if you write 400 to 500 word articles, which is average, you can probably earn about $5 each. A little less if you want to be very competitive, a little more once you establish a customer base that loves you and is willing to pay higher rates. But let’s say you can earn $5 per article.
So … if you write 2 articles an hour, including researching a topic that you aren’t an expert in, will earn you $10 an hour. How does that sound? To me, not impressive, to be honest.
To “get a raise” from that rate of pay, your only choice, other than to work more hours every day/week, is to write faster. Be careful, though, that your quality doesn’t go down, otherwise you’ll lose your customer’s loyalty.
How would you like to research and write an article in 7 minutes? At that rate, you’ll be making around $40 an hour (8 articles per hour would be your speed). Much better, right?
Sounds impossible, right? Not so. Jason Fladlien started as a ghostwriter, and developed those skills, which he’s making available to you. Difficult to master? No, not really. The package includes a short report, a series of videos, and some bonuses, I would say within an hour or two after purchasing this package, you’ll be writing faster. That’s a nice quick return on investment, I would say.
